Convivio Cafe will be the first women-owned, Guatemalan-inspired, bilingual café in Denver. We started working with the owners to help them evaluate several different locations around Denver before landing on the northwest location which will open in 2022. The project required navigating tenant agreements and the sticky codes that regulate cafes. It will all be worth it when this vital space for community gathering and celebration opens its doors for all of Denver to come and enjoy its amazing farmer-first coffee and tasty treats.
