We recently dropped behind the scenes of New Collar Goods, a Southwest Denver based furniture studio.

Led by husband and wife duo, Deana and Jon, New Collar Goods design and build custom furniture for the home with a clear dedication to craft. Their objects are strikingly minimal in design yet technical in execution.  This team relies on both new and age-old tools of the trade to combine backgrounds in graphic design and home furnishing to design and build pieces that bring furniture to the level of art.

During our time together, Jon noted the long line of industrial crafts and manufacturing shops residing in town. Jon and Deana are only adding to this legacy.  They exemplify many of the values that inspires us about architecture, not least of which is having fun. Keep an eye on this team. We are honored to have them as neighbors and look forward to finding opportunities to collaborate with them in the near future.
